At Belcampo Uruguay, we are producing hundreds of varieties of heritage fruits and vegetables on three hectares of biodynamically-managed farmland near Jose Ignacio. We’re also raising sheep and cattle for meat and buffalo for milk on three hundred adjacent hectares of pasture.
